Advertisement project for my region

When I was in second year of University we had to create a communication campaign to show different aspects of the region I come from (Montpellier, South of France). We chose to create a communication plan about the train transportation in our region.
I was in charge of the poster for the campaign and I realized this ad :

This ad promotes the fact that you can travel all around the region with only 1 €. We representated the different cities you can reach with this price. The background is a famous place in Montpellier. We thought it would be the perfect image to represent the city. But we also declined the ad with other places you can visit :



The creative axis is directed towards transportation in Languedoc Roussillon (the region), and more precisely about the 1€ train. We wanted to address this poster to a young generation who doesn't have necessarily the money to travel. We tried to create something easy to understand and modern, accessible to young people. We also kept the colors of Montpellier's logo to make a remind. On the poster, we bet on the beauty of the different places of the region, adding pictures in the background which can attract the public to visit them. We wanted to show the different aspects : history, nature, good weather, gastronomy...
